Ultragaz is an LPG/Propane marketing company, founded in 1937 by the Austrian immigrant Ernesto Igel, in Brazil.A market leader in the LPG supply segement, the brand is present throughout the national territory and is responsible for changing the LPG habits of Brazillians.  It is also the first company to market LPG in bulk in the Brazillian national market.  Ultragaz initiated and is part of the Ultra Group, one of the strongest economic conglomerates in Brazil.
